Simon Lok Receives Football Wagga Outstanding Achievement Award 2025

Griffith City Football Club proudly congratulates Simon Lok on receiving the Football Wagga Wagga Outstanding Achievement to Football 2025 Award, presented at the Football Wagga Gala Dinner.

In our first season competing in the Football Wagga competition, Simon played a key role in the success of the club. He contributed greatly as a coach, player, and committee member, helping to guide and support the team both on and off the field.

Simon also worked alongside SAASL’s Steven Ling to organise and deliver the inaugural 2025 True Blue Water Exchange Interstate Men’s Soccer Tournament, held in Mildura. The tournament brought together representative teams from Football Wagga Wagga, the South Australian Amateur Soccer League, and Football Federation Sunraysia, competing in a round-robin format that showcased regional football talent.

In addition, Simon Lok created and founded the Riverina Raptors, and will act as President as he continues to grow the country representative side nationally with youth, men’s, and women’s divisions and tournaments.

This award recognises Simon’s dedication, leadership, and passion for developing football in the region.

Congratulations Simon on this well-deserved recognition! ⚽❤️🤍💚
